The project institute "ANAPAKURORTPROEKT"The project institute "ANAPAKURORTPROEKT", public company, performs complex design works on town-planning, including cities general plan development, circuits of regional lay-out, projects of detailed lay-out of areas and microdistricts, and on volumetric construction of large inhabited formations, complexes of various purpose: housing complex, trade, objects of public health services, children's establishments, objects of culture and education. From the moment of creation of our institute in our departments has been designed more than 2700 objects of various purpose. Besides, in institute the large volume of design works on objects of social value is carried out: schools, kindergartens, asylums, hospitals. The structure of institute includes architectural - planning departments, a department of the general plan (co-ordination of town-planning questions and development of an infrastructure), adjacent engineering divisions (electroprotection, engineering researches, topogeodesic works etc.), the structure carrying out the functions of the Customer - builder, and also commercial service carrying out all commercial relations with customers. Today about 60 regular employees - a professional collective of architects, engineers and managers are working. The significant part of architectural - engineering structure has more than a 20-years operational experience. Many young architects possess rich creative potential. In general, there are no insoluble problems in our field of activity. More and more architectural - project and design works are automatically carried out in an electronic kind. The base of the automated control system of design processes is incorporated. All departments are equipped with computers and the necessary software (sometimes exclusive), with an output into a uniform local network. Our design works are conducted with new financial-normative base of Gosstroy of Russia which provides the customer with accuracy and transparency of the calculations, the proved answers for cost questions, the absence of problems at the budget protection for the organizations and at commissions of objects. Our distinctive feature is that carrying out such scale projects and remaining the leading organization in the branch, we work with any amounts of works, starting from design of interiors and re-planning of apartments up to general plans of cities and building of districts.
